Eugene Hamilton, also known as BBB, is the main antagonist of Johnny Test and a recurring anti-hero. He has a one-sided crush on Susan Test and is Johnny Test’s and Dukey’s true/archenemy. On one hand, he will act friendly toward Johnny and on other occasions, he will feel jealous of him because Susan doesn’t reciprocate his romantic feelings for her. Lee Tockar gave his voice.

Bling Bling Boy is a gluttonous, out-of-shape pale boy with brown hair, blue eyes (though he once claimed they were hazel), and cheek freckles. He’s dressed all in white, with a collared shirt, pants with yellow stripes down the sides, and yellow-striped sneakers. He wears a gold necklace and knuckles with 3 “B”‘s.
Personality
Bling-Bling is usually a villain, but he will act friendly towards Johnny because he sees a little of himself in the flame-headed boy. To that end, he’ll join forces with Johnny and his friends to take down another villain. Although he is well aware that Susan does not share his romantic feelings, he is tenacious and refuses to give up, inventing and devising various schemes to win her over, even going so far as to blackmail her. Bling-Bling Boy is insecure because he is fat and has buck teeth, but in Phat Johnny, his weight and buck teeth help Bling-Bling Boy become a successful hip hop star. Although he denies it, he craves human interaction and builds robots to cope with.
